The house Bill and Joan Peeples leased with option from summer '69 to summer '72, at 10507 Tennessee Avenue, Rancho Park, LA 90064. Stephen was traveling post-high school grad in June '69, then attending Santa Monica College; sister Ruth attended Paul Revere Junior High and University High. Many fond memories and a couple not-so-fond. The house's market value in '72: about $65K. The folks opted not to buy and moved to a rental house on Amherst in 90025 in mid-1972, when Stephen was attending Ventura College. Tennessee's market value as of late 2005: $990K. Oy.
